Starlight Mountain Theatre is a Summer Stock Theatre Company in its 18th season and is located 55 miles north of Boise, in Garden Valley Id. Starlight produces family friendly entertainment that allows young artists to blossom in an uplifting environment.
2017 Season consists of 6 Broadway Musicals, Performed in Repertory: Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Guys and Dolls, Little Shop of Horrors and Sugar, The Some Like It Hot Musical.
Commitment is from May 11 – August 22 or September 3, 2017.

What to prepare for your Starlight Audition:
The Audition
- Prepare a verse and a chorus of two Broadway songs, an upbeat and a ballad. (Ballads will be performed only by request) [Please bring minus track, cd, or own pianist] [Technology to play your phone, mp3 player or ipod and a piano will be available. A pianist will be available for the Salt Lake City Auditions]
- Prepare a one-minute monologue from a Broadway show.
Call-backs will be held right after auditions: Those called back will complete the following.
- A short dance combination. Please dress comfortably.
- Cold readings.
- A short interview.
