Aladdin Jr.

The Riverton Arts Council is proud to announce open auditions for “Disney’s Aladdin Jr.” on August 26 & 27, 2016 at the Sandra N. Lloyd Community Center.
About our show:
“Aladdin Jr.” will be a TaDa! Children’s Theater Company production. The purpose of this show is to give younger children the opportunity to receive leading roles and build their performing skills. The Riverton Arts Council is dedicated to providing a quality performing experience for our casts with just as much effort given to our children’s productions as with our other productions. This means there will be full sets, gorgeous costumes, lighting and sound design, and cast members will work with producers, directors, and choreographers who have decades of experience.
Ages:
Auditionees must be between the ages of 7 and 15. All parts are open!
What to Bring:
-16 measures of an upbeat song in the style of the show (this usually covers a verse and chorus. An accompanist, mp3/phone speaker hook-up, and cd player will be provided. No Acapella performances will be allowed so plan ahead.
- If auditioning for a lead part, a one minute monologue is suggested but not required.
- Bring water to keep hydrated!
- A headshot and resume is highly suggested (this will not be returned).
-An audition form must be filled out and signed by both the auditoner and their guardian prior to auditions. These forms will be available on our website one week before the audition date.
No scheduled audition time is required 🙂
