Syracuse Arts Council Needs your Help!

Hello, everyone… Syracuse Arts Council wants desperately to put on a Musical this summer, but in order to do that we need a solid Production Staff behind it first. The production staff would need to be folks who want to be behind the scenes. We have a lot of people willing to help, but they also want to be in it, on stage. In order to have a successful production we need staffers who want to be behind the scenes only, not that some of the production staff roles could not also be on stage, but some of the more involved production staff roles need to only be behind the scenes. If you are interested in helping us this year, we welcome you with open arms!

Please see the information below & submit a letter of interest. The show has not yet been decided.

Unfortunately, if we do not have a solid production staff, we will not be able to do a summer musical which would be a shame. Many have loved their years working with the Arts Council & Syracuse residents, which is the reason they keep coming back for more! If you’re at all interested in being on the Production Team, please email & let us know you’re interested, then we welcome you to come to the meeting tonight! Hope to work with you this year!

The theatre committee is hoping to produce another musical this summer, and needs your help. We are currently seeking letters of interest from those looking to fill the following roles: Associate Director, Music Director, Technical Director, Stage Manager, Associate Stage Manager, Scenic Design, Costume Design, Lighting Design, Construction Foreman, Costume Coordinator, Props Manager, Master Electrician, Box Office Manager, House Manager, and Cast Coordinator. There will also be many opportunities to help with set construction/painting, costumes, props, etc.

Send your letter of interest to [email protected], or volunteer@SyracuseUtahArts.org. Pass the word along, and join us for our next meeting on March 12 from 7:30 to 9pm at the Syracuse Community Center.
