Hillcrest High School’s Performing Arts Department is proud to present “The WIZ” combining the talents of approximately 250 students. This production will run November 21, 22, 23 and 25.
Many people know the story of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, but in this musical version it’s a fantasy for today - mysterious, opulent and fanciful - a dream conjured up by a space-age child with Dorothy’s adventures in the Land of Oz set to music in a dazzling, lively mixture of rock, gospel and soul.

The downbeat from Hillcrest Orchestra will be at 7:00p.m. each night. Reserved seating will go on sale October 22 from 7:00a.m. to7:30a.m., 10:50a.m. to 11:20a.m., 12:20p.m. to 12:50p.m., and 2:30p.m. to 3:00p.m.. The price of tickets sold during these times is $8.00. Tickets may also be purchased on the evenings of the show for $10.00 if seats are available. We encourage you to get your seats early.
