The Sandy Arts Guild presents its youth theater production of the popular musical “Disney’s Beauty and the Beast Jr.” April 10-11 at 7 pm and April 12 at 2 pm at Eastmont Middle School, 10100 South 1300 E in Sandy. After the show on Saturday, April 12 join Belle and select cast members at the “Belle and Friends” party on stage. Get your picture taken with Belle along with fun games and prizes. Tickets to the party are only $10 and are limited so get yours today.
This is a story about a faraway land and an Enchantress that turns a cruel, unfeeling Prince into a hideous Beast. To break the spell, the Beast must learn to love another and earn her love in return before the last petal falls from an enchanted rose.
This stage version includes all the music from the animated film by Alan Menken and the late Howard Ashman, along with new songs by Mr. Menken and Tim Rice.
