MAN OF LA MANCHA Auditions
The Draper Arts Council will hold auditions for Man of La Mancha Saturday 29 August, 9 a.m. to noon at Summit Academy in Draper (1225 East 13200 South). Auditions are open for adults and youth aged 15 and above. This production will be directed by Liz Edminston, with Tricia Swanson as music director.
PLEASE NOTE: DAC has gone paperless, with a new, online audition registration system. Please read and follow these instructions that explain how to enroll for online auditions. To avoid headaches and delays, you will need to get online and enroll yourself before coming to auditions.
Please come prepared to sing 32 bars of a musical theater song. An accompanist will be provided. Minus tracks will not be accepted.
The callback list will be posted by 10 p.m. on Saturday 29 August and callbacks will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday 1 September, also at Summit. The cast list will be posted by 10 p.m. that night.
The first cast meeting and read through will be at 7 p.m. on Tuesday 8 September at Summit Academy. Tech week runs October 26-31 and November 2-5. Performances are November 6, 7, 9, 13 and 14 at Summit Academy. For more information contact Liz Edminston at [email protected] or 801-550-5048.
