Salt Lake Singers Academy & The Performer Studio are holding auditions for a NEW CHOIR that will perform in various venues and festivals in the Salt Lake Valley. This is NOT your typical choir. Our aim is to offer singers a unique, FUN and high quality ensemble singing experience where they will perform songs not often sung in other choirs. Examples include material from: Pentatonix, Earth, Wind & Fire, Queen, Imagine Dragons, The Beatles, Michael Jackson, Doobie Brothers, Dixie Chicks, Stevie Wonder, ABBA, ELO, Journey, Broadway musicals and much more.
Those selected for the choir will meet the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month from 6-7:30 pm in South Salt Lake starting October 3, 2016. Several performances are already lined up.
We are seeking singers from all vocal ranges who have previous experience singing harmony.
AUDITIONS for AGES 14 & UP will be held Friday, September 23, 6-8:30pm OR Saturday, September 24, 11am-12:30pm
Those interested must prepare a particular harmony which will be sent via email once they have submitted an online audition form.
