Windyhams Puppet Company is looking for actors and puppeteers for the production, Moon Garden. This show is currently in development and those cast will be involved in some workshopping and creative development.
Roles:
3 (or more) Puppeteers - the puppets being design for this show will require full body mobility with dual hand operation.
1 (or more) Silly Villain - highly physical actor with scene-stealing charisma.
Child Actor - Pre-Cast
*Only performers age 15 and above will be considered for the open roles in this production. Actors of all sexes, genders, heights, and sizes are encouraged.
Audition Requirements (2 parts):
Vocal - Please come prepared with a dramatic monologue (under 2 minutes) that you are able to perform in two different voices.
Physical - Please prepare a short pantomime routine.
Location: Salt Lake City Public Library - Room C (downstairs foyer)
Time: 9:45-12:30
Rehearsals will begin July 29th. Multiple performances will be held September 2nd with a possible extension through September 9th.
