The SCERA Shell Outdoor Theatre announces auditions for the third and final show of its 2017 summer season, “Brigadoon.” It will be directed by Jerry Elison, with music direction by Dana Cardon and choreography by Christopher Gallacher. Julie Bonifay will serve as stage manager.
“Brigadoon” will play August 4-19 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays @ 8:00pm at SCERA Shell Outdoor Theatre and will tour to BYU Education Week for four performances August 22-25.
Auditions will be held on Tuesday, May 30 or Wednesday, May 31 from 7:00-9:00pm at SCERA Center for the Arts, 745 South State, Orem. Callbacks, for those invited, will be held on Saturday, June 3 from 10am-2pm, and will include a dance audition.
All roles roles are available. Auditioners ages 16 and older should prepare to sing 16 bars from a Broadway musical. An accompanist or IPOD playback will be available – please bring your music.
