We’re making a movie that needs 12 great actors, ages 18-80, from literally anywhere around the globe (we’re even considering prison performers). Our story is a comedy about 12 strangers take shelter in a basement during a solar storm, but soon conclude that surviving each other is more difficult than surviving outside.
We send actors that are cast the script, blue screen, HD camera, lights and microphone. We help them with easy setups, and direct their scenes over video conference while they shoot locally. They keep the film gear and send us the footage, get a percentage of the profits, and we edit together the first movie in history to cast actors worldwide.
