DATE: Auditions will be held at an open call, Saturday September 28th at 9:30am - 12pm. First come, first served basis.
AUDITION REQUIREMENT: Please memorize a 30 second monologue of your choice or one of the sides below.
CALLBACK: By invitation will be held Tuesday October 1st at 6:30pm.
REHEARSALS: Tuesdays - Thursdays 6- 10pm (some fridays possible, but not likely) and Saturdays 9am - 12pm (Longer times as needed during tech week)
COMPENSATION: Each actor 18 years old and older will be given a travel reimbursement of $75.
PERFORMANCES: November 8th - 30th Fridays at 7pm and Saturdays at 1pm and 4:30pm

Tinker Bell
16 - early 20s
Blond/light colored hair with light colored eyes. (although it will not keep us from casting a better actress with brown eyes)
Stubborn, petite, athletic ability, light on feet. Closer to 5 feet tall.
Lunette Nuturing, softer and gentle
Felicity Light-hearted, fun, excitable, fast moving and speaking.
Rosebud A bit forgetful, proud
Other notes on the 3 fairies: 16 - 30s. Dancing background helpful, light, able to express emotion in body without words. Strong Characterization
Queen Mab/Tiger Lily
(20-30, able to play young for Tiger Lily)
Queen Mab: Stately, Royal, Motherly
Tiger Lilly: Athletic, quick, expressive face, pantomime skills
Little Tink/Crocodile
Little Tink: 7-9 Could be played be an actor 10-13 if very small physically. Blond, loud speaking voice, good diction.
Crocodile: Able to move in a restrictive costume, adaptable and takes direction
PIRATES (The pirates are pre-Peter Pan. Captain Hook has both hands and Smee is not required to be played old) Pirate/varied english accents all around. Pirates are comedic parts. Stage combat skills/discipline is required. Ages 20s on up to 60s, any ethnicity.
Captain Hook
Tall (near 6′ or taller) dark and sinister. Able to grow beard and/or mustache. Commanding presence. Closer to the book and less comedic, but he has his moments.
Mr. Smee
20 - 50s. Short, round, comedic. Bumbling.
Mr. Starkey
First mate. Darker and stronger of the lot.

Hello little one. Welcome to Kensington Gardens. I know you’ll like it here, it’s a beautiful place to live. London is just over there. That is where the hustle and bustle of many humans live their lives. You will see them here too. But we are not to be seen by them. Ah, Big Ben is about to ring. Don’t be afraid, you will get use to the new sounds and smells in Kensington Gardens. I will put you in the care of three fairies who should be here any moment.
Tonight, you three begin a very important assignment. Every fairy knows that when a baby laughs for the first time.. (looking at the baby) a new little fairy is born. And every fairy knows that each “grown-up” fairy must take their turn caring for these little ones until they are big enough to care for themselves and obey all the rules of Kensington Gardens.

Swab your slobbering snot and man the cannons, hoist the top sail! We’ve got a merchant ship full of dubloons a league ahead, starboard!
