New World Shakespeare Company is pleased to announce auditions for Shakespeare’s Cymbeline, directed by Christopher-Alan Pederson. Auditions will be held on Sunday, March 9 starting at 12pm in the 3rd Floor Auditorium of The Leonardo 209 E 500 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84111.
Actors will be asked to read from the script. Dancers interested in the production may audition at 2pm, but are not required to attend the 12pmacting audition. Dancers will be taught a short piece of choreography. Headshot and resume are appreciated but not required.
Rehearsals will begin March 11th and be held 2 weekday evenings and 1-2 weekend afternoons. Actors and crew must be available for technical rehearsals TBA and for Thursday- Sunday performances during May 1-11.

New World Shakespeare Company produces classic scripts with modern interpretations to relate to audiences more directly. Each production is also accompanied by a charitable campaign for a local cause that relates to the theme of the show.

In true fairy-tale style, the improbable becomes probable in an epic, adventurous romance filled with kind strangers, dastardly villains, ghosts, gods and lost princes. The high road to happily-ever-after awaits.
