The Egyptian Theatre in Park City, UT announces auditions for their summer production:
Evita – by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber (rights pending)
Production opens Friday July 5th, closes Sunday July 28th (every Thursday – Saturday at 8pm, Sundays at 6pm)
Rehearsals begin late May thru July 4th times and rehearsal location TBD.
Tech rehearsals begin Sunday June 30th 11am-8pm, 7/1-7/3 6pm-11pm, and invited audience preview Thursday 7/4.
Auditions:
Wed. 4/17 6pm-9pm, Friday 4/19 4-6pm. Callbacks Saturday 4/20 Noon-5pm.
All auditions and callbacks will take place at the Egyptian Theatre Studios (333 Main Street) across the street from theatre in lower level of mall.
Auditioners are asked to come prepared with 32 bars of a song in the style of the show.
Bring sheet music, no tracks.
Singing from the show and dancing at callbacks.
All roles are open and paid for NON-EQUITY ONLY:
3 Principal roles - $1500 plus $500 rehearsal and travel stipend
