The SCERA Shell Outdoor Theatre announces auditions for the first musical on its 2014 summer season, Rodgers & Hammerstein’s “Cinderella,” directed by Chase Ramsey. The show will play June 6-21 on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Mondays @ 8pm.
Auditions will be held Wednesday, March 26 or Thursday, March 27 from 7-10pm at the SCERA Center for the Arts, 745 South State, Orem. Callbacks, for those invited, will be held March 29.
There are roles adults 18-70 and families are welcome to audition as well. Auditioners should prepare to sing 16 bars of a musical theatre song. An accompanist will be provided. No IPOD or CD’s please. No appointment is necessary to audition. A resume and headshot is helpful, but not required.
