What does all this mean?

Sore, stinging nipples
Achy breasts
Dizzy spells
Painful and stiff joints and muscles
Bloated feeling
Occasionally numb lips, hands and feet
Swollen-feeling hands and feet
Constipation followed by diarrhea (in a cycle)
Migraine or severe headaches
Unexplained weight gain

These symptoms come and go and last anywhere from a day to weeks and aren't coordinated with PMS or menstrual cycle.

That was my first thought, too... well?

Me being pregnant at age 42.5 would be a nightmare. But if I'm pregnant, it would be the next best miracle to the Virgin Mary. I'm on the pill and having sex exclusively with a guy who has had a vasectomy. Plus I'd only be about 6 days pregnant and this has been going on and off for a year.

I do think it might have to do with hormones though. More along the lines of my fibromyalgia flaring up again, or some predecessor to menopause. Gosh dang it.
