Also, when Idris got them to the old control room, I sat up and clutched my hair and yelled, "Oh MY!" That was a moment for me.

Right?! My children screamed, "It's David Tennant's TARDIS!"

AND they went on about how it's the first time we've seen Eleven cry.

I wanted it to be one of the older control rooms, like McCoy's

or Baker's "Secondary control room"
...
but I realized just before they got the door open that it was unlikely they still had the set pieces, and probably didn't want to recreate a classic when Tennant's was likely just in storage, so expected it to be that one.

I think I would have had a heart attack if it had been Hartnell's Control Room...

And why not? The current exterior of the TARDIS, with the white panes and the ambulance decal are based on the exterior of the original.

"You can't save things that haven't been created yet."

"Well, you can't."

"You just saved the whole of space and time... take the evening off! Maybe a bit of tomorrow."

I was expecting Baker's second control room too.

There is one thing you never put in a trap, if you're smart - if you value your continued existence - if you have any plans about seeing tomorrow there is one thing you never EVER put in a trap. Me.

Listen, I don't know what sort of kids you've been flying around with in outer space, but you're not telling me to shut up!

As long as I don't bleed or cry, I'll do it!
