Serena Webb Dance Theater is proud to announce auditions for their world premiere of “Wuthering Heights.” Originally based on Emily Bronte’s classic tale of love and revenge, Serena Webb debuts new choreography to the music of Olafur Arnalds.
We are seeking male and female dancers ages 18+ skilled in modern and ballet dance. All dancers must be at a pre-professional or professional level. Dancers must also be comfortable with acting and pantomime.
Featured roles are available for Heathcliff, Catherine Earnshaw, Edgar Linton, Cathy Linton and more. Dancers will receive a performing stipend of $75-$150 per performance depending on their role and 1% of ticket sales. Rehearsals are UNPAID, and will include 2 weekly technique classes.

All auditions will be virtual. If we are interested in casting you, you will be contacted to come for a call back and a meeting with the director.

Expectations and Commitments:
Dancers must commit to all rehearsals and performances and will be required to sign a performance contract. Dancers can talk to directors about any scheduling conflicts before rehearsals. Dancers chosen for the production will be sent information via the primary email address they provided, which includes the dancers’ schedule, as well as other pertinent information. Please choose the best email address for your primary email since this is the way we will use to communicate with you.
Rehearsals Dates– February 20-June 14, 2023 (excluding holidays)
Performances– June 15-16, 2023 at The Mid-Valley Performing Arts Center in Taylorsville.
Rehearsal Days– All days/times do not apply): Mondays/Wednesdays 7-10 pm, Thursdays 6:30-9:30 pm, Saturdays 10:00 am-3:00 pm
