**PAID** CASTING CALL for an all-new swashbuckling pirate musical ‘Sirens’ from the producer of ‘The Thief and the Lady.’
IN-PERSON AUDITIONS will take place at 1621 W Brookview Dr in Lindon, UT on June 3rd from 6 PM – 9 PM, and June 4th from 1 PM – 6 PM. Come prepared to sing 1-2 min of a song from any musical (we recommend upbeat numbers that show your vocal range), and read a couple of short sample scenes with our crew. You can come any time during those hours and it only takes about 20 min to audition.
ABOUT THE SHOW: ‘Sirens’ is a live stage musical from local production company Headphone Theater. It follows a crew of brave women who set out to rescue some wayward sailors from an island of monsters, contending with an eccentric band of pirates along the way. Featuring 8 rollicking songs, impressive special effects, daring sword fights, creepy creatures, and empowering themes, Sirens is 1 hr 45 min of toe-tapping fun.
SCHEDULE: Rehearsals will be in Lindon on M/W/Th evenings and Sa afternoons from Jun 13 – Sep 14, but attendance will be based on your role and we can usually work around any major conflicts you may have, as long as we know in advance. Performances will be Sep 16 – Oct 1 at The Angelus Theatre on main street in Spanish Fork.
