The Green Room is traditionally a room actors hang out in between their scenes. It�s a room off the main stage, so they�re free to talk, read, relax and await their next cue. While in the Green Room, actors and crew alike will often gossip, discuss theatre, and generally let their opinions be known. This virtual Green Room is no different.
These posting boards are carried over from the former playersanonymous.com, and have been kept as intact as was possible. It�s likely that if you had registered at one time on PA�s boards, your login still exists here, so try that first before you create a new account.

Players Anonymous operated for a decade under the principle that anyone could come onto the boards and state anonymously how they felt at any given time. That tradition stands here as well. Your opinions and, indeed, your anonymity are considered sacred (even when we disagree with you). And for the record:
the opinions expressed by individuals on these boards are solely theirs and do not necessarily reflect the opinions or beliefs of Backstage Utah or its management.Each board comes with it's own set of special rules and restrictions.

Auditions, and
Classifieds boards are all "open" boards, meaning you do not need to register in order to post or reply to the topics on those boards. Spam and inappropriate comments will not be tolerated on those boards and such posts will be deleted.
The remaining boards, for the most part, may be viewed by guests, but you are required to register as a member of Backstage Utah in order to reply to a topic or post a new topic on those boards.
Because of the nature and content of the
Relationship Woes and Celebrations,
Philosophy/Dreams, and
Religion/Ethics/Politics boards, you must be at least 18 years of age in order to view them.
If you are resuming your account from Players Anonymous, please check to see if your birthdate has been entered into your member profile.
There are two "Easter Egg" boards currently in existence. You find them by either reaching a certain age or by reaching a certain status, respectively.
The board moderators will often post specific rules for posting on their boards, please read and follow those.
Status has certain privileges. You gain status by participating in the boards (i.e., posting and replying). Below are the individual statuses and the posting requirements to reach them:
- Scenery - 1 post
- Ensemble - 50 posts
- Ing�nue - 500 posts
- Diva - 1000 posts
- Prima - 10000 posts
- All Access - must have reached Diva Level while participating on 5 or more boards and must pay an annual fee of $25
