PRESENTS THE 4TH ANNUAL �STUDENT SLAM�
Five 10-minute plays are created and rehearsed in twenty-three hours. You spend the 24th hour with us to see the results! Professional writers, directors and designers join 25 student actors for our 4th annual STUDENT SLAM.
Actors between the ages of 13 and 21 will be participating, represent ing 17 different schools throughout Utah. Due to the tremendous talent in some of the younger students two of the actors cast are only 13 years old.
STUDENT SLAM is a fundraising event for Theatre Arts Conservatory, an educational program of Plan-B Theatre Company. Proceeds benefit the Theatre Arts Conservatory scholarship fund.

Theatre Arts Conservatory is a 501(c)(3) Utah nonprofit, formed in February of 2004, dedicated to inspiring young people through theatre arts education. We believe that the study of theatre arts nurtures the development of essential life skills as well as creating a discriminating audience for the future. It is our mission to provide theatre experiences as student, performer and audience to children of all cultural heritages, economic backgrounds, and abilities.
In the past six years the Theatre Arts Conservatory has taught over 600 students and has taken educational touring productions to over 18,000 elementary students in Utah. Theatre ArtsConservatory graduates have been accepted at some of the most respected actor training programs in and outside of the United States including: Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, Tisch School of the Arts at NYU and New Zealand Drama School.
