So, to preface the question: my health is doing better. I am still on more pain medicine than I'd like to be and we're still not closer to finding out what stuff is all about, but I'm doing better.

My dad suspects, however, that I may have fibromyalgia on top of whatever stomach/kidney/bladder/ladybits/whatever thing-- he's done a lot of reading about it online lately and he's pretty much convinced (since chronic pain can apparently trigger it). I am less certain, but I do think I have some of the symptoms/signs and have for a long time.

I am not trying to armchair-diagnose myself, but I know some of you have dealt with fibromyalgia or have family members with it, and my question is: does the changing weather make you hurt? Is that a Thing? I have been very sore and achy the past week or so. I genuinely feel like I'm 80 years old. I have been trying to do gentle stretches and things like that in the morning, but especially when the temperature dips at night, my bones just feel like they lock up and I feel tender. My shoulders and neck are the worst. Putting heat on them helps, but I am still just creaky like the rigging of an old ship here, and I don't like it!

Does anybody else hurt when the weather gets colder? What do you do for it (fibromyalgia or not)?

If we're going to die, let's die looking like a Peruvian folk band.

Emotionally.  And it's already started this year.

There is one thing you never put in a trap, if you're smart - if you value your continued existence - if you have any plans about seeing tomorrow there is one thing you never EVER put in a trap. Me.

Listen, I don't know what sort of kids you've been flying around with in outer space, but you're not telling me to shut up!

As long as I don't bleed or cry, I'll do it!

I get sore with storms and the change to cold weather. I just take some Tylenol or something and try to keep myself toasty warm. Sometimes for me it's just a matter of waiting it out until my body gets used to it. I don't have Fibromyalgia or anything, though. I've just always been sensitive to changes in weather.
