My husband and I want to get a new TV for Christmas. It looks like we could be renting a house by then with a large family room so we thought we would look into buying a TV projector instead. I'm looking at the projectors on KSL, but have no idea what kind is best to get. Does anyone have ideas about this? I want a good picture, but don't necessarily want it to take up the entire wall. Just a large screen type deal. Discuss.

Well, the size of the image on a projector is usually determined more by placement of the projector than it is the proojectors istelf, as i understand it. That's the case with mine, which DOES take up almost the whole wall, because that's how I want it
