I would clone massive amounts of people with extremely recessive genes, such as mutated alleles for numbers of fingers and toes... and then release them into society and watch geneticists go crazy trying to figure out what happened.

I would also be able to do a 2+ million year longitudinal study on species evolution, which would be super fascinating.
