Hey everyone - Midvale Arts Council is trying to decide on a show to do this spring. Our budget was just SEVERELY cut so we are looking at something that is inexpensive. We prefer family friendly comedy, unit sets, and a small cast. Any ideas?

The Foreigner or The Nerd are always fun ones! That was what first came to my mind.

If we're going to die, let's die looking like a Peruvian folk band.

I was thinking of The Foreigner, too. I would consider auditioning for that one.

Play most likely - musicals tend to cost more to produce.

I'd try to push my own un-produced family friendly, small-cast unit set comedy, but I imagine you want something name recognition (and reasonably so).

Room Service -- not totally family friendly, but very funny.
