Talk about your favorites of this year.  Whether it was local or not.  Just tell us what you liked--production, performance, design, whatever.  And why.

Well i did a lot, but didn't see a lot.

Jude Law in Hamlet was amazing. I know it got some bad reviews, but he was inspiring in that role. Every word, every inflection, every movement...it was beautiful.

A little night music. Angela Lansbury, nuff said.

that is really about it. sad sad. this makes me realize i need to see more theatre.

GOAL FOR 2010: SEE more theatre.

Love if you can and be loved.&&&&You see what you look for, ya know?&&&&I like smiling, smiling's my favorite!

My favorite performance of the year: Anne Decker in "Master Class" at SLAC. She has this ability to make me feel like I'm suspended in air waiting to breathe, waiting to move, with tunnel vision on her, until she makes her next move/sound/facial expression. She is probably my favorite actress to watch.

My favorite production of the year: "Go, Dog. Go!" at SLAC. Just a completely perfect production top to bottom. Design, direction, acting, choreography, music. Everything. Utterly delightful.

I really wanted to see that. "Hamlet" is my favorite play (maybe tied with "A Man For All Seasons"), and Law is one of my favorite actors.

I realize now that I actually only saw one play in 2009, "Cash on Delivery" at HCTWVC. Fun show.
