Good Luck with that one...unless it's at an Equity House....they'll be begging to change it. �I finally got around to watching to broadway recording and as much as I love the show and would love to see it done around here, I just don't see it happening. �Theatres have to play to their audience, and the majority of theatres in this area (and yes I even think some of Park City) know that their audiences would not appreciate or respond to the show. �It has it's audience and they'd come, but they'd lose some of their base audience, I'm not sure in today's economy they'd be willing to do that.

So, the Park City peeps are okay with full nudity on stage but not the subject matter of Rent? �I am not saying you are wrong- I just would think if they are okay with the fully nude version of Hair they would be okay with Rent.

But are they doing Hair with the Nudity? It can be done with or without (with permission).

I am not 100% sure. That is just what I have heard. I guess we'll find out soon- cause it will be a pretty big topic around the valley if it happens.

Honestly I don't know how we have the rights. All I know is that we do have them and have had them before the revival and that we have been assured that we will be able to do it. As for the nudity question. We will be doing full on nudity, this is a set in stone thing. In regardes to the Egyptian doing rent.........I will say the outlook looks very bright.

well, what can I say I love this show, and want it to be good for whom ever does it. I feel in my opinion that things are really hit or miss right now at the Egyptian. I hope someone will produce it, and if it's them I wish them luck, I will be in line ready to audition. I just hope the step things up like they have in the past Wink
