Sugar Factory Playhouse and West Jordan Theater Arts present “The Importance of Being Earnest, A Trivial Comedy for Serious People” by Oscar Wilde and directed by Kristen Hickman.
“The Importance of Being Earnest” is a madcap classic comedy of dual identities, forbidden love, hidden pasts, and – of course – hilarious chaos.
Performances will be held at Pioneer Hall (1137 W. 7800 S., West Jordan, UT 84088) April 12, 13, 14, 16, 19, 20, and 21 at 7:30 p.m., with a 2:00 p.m. matinee on April 14. Doors open a half hour before the show, and seating is unassigned. Patrons are encouraged to bring a seat cushion.
Tickets are $8 for general admission and $5 for children (12 and under), seniors (60 and over), students (with ID), and groups of 10 or more (must purchase tickets at the same time). Tickets may be purchased in advance at Macey’s grocery store in West Jordan (7859 S. 3200 W.) or at the door with cash or check.
